Starting with discovery, I’ll work alongside your team to engage community members, gather their insights, and identify shared priorities. I’ll guide the development of concept designs rooted in local context, lead testing and prototyping to validate solutions with the community, and refine ideas through collaborative iteration. Acting as a bridge between your team and the community, I’ll ensure alignment, foster trust, and deliver outcomes that are impactful, inclusive, and actionable.

I will collaborate with you to define project goals, outline scope, and establish a clear plan for implementation. Trained in agile project management, I will coordinate planning, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to support successful project delivery. From identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, to facilitating communication across stakeholders, to delivering measurable outcomes aligned with your objectives, I will help you execute your projects efficiently and effectively.

I’ll guide your exploratory research process from start to finish, combining broader context with community-driven insights to inform thoughtful design. This includes analyzing demographic data, local trends, and existing research, alongside facilitating interviews, focus groups, and engagement sessions to deeply understand the needs and experiences of the community. By the end of our work together, you’ll have clear, grounded insights to inspire and shape meaningful designs and projects.

With inputs from your team, I will craft your problem statement, ideate and document considerations, create hypotheses and success criteria, and write user stories. Having expertise in each stage of the product/feature lifecycle, from distilling insights into product recommendations, to testing concepts and prototypes with users, to launching your upcoming feature or product and measuring results - I will guide your team to successful product improvements.
